1.2 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed to the original credit or debit card provided by the client. Alternatively, refunds can be processed by credits or direct deposit through the bank account, subject to the client’s preference and proper approval.

2. Refund and Cancellation Criteria

2.1 Non-Delivery of the Product: In case you do not receive the delivery email from us due to mailing issues with your email provider or mail server, please contact us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing Department in writing within 30 days from the delivery date of services. Otherwise, the product will be considered received and downloaded.

2.2 Download and Unzipping Issues: If you face problems downloading the product or unzipping it, please contact our Technical Support Department for assistance. Claims regarding download issues must be properly reported within 30 days from the delivery date. Failure to receive assistance within this period may result in a refund decline.

2.3 Major Defects: While our products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. Issues related to major defects must be submitted to our Technical Support Team for approval. We reserve the right to rectify the error or defect within 72 hours. If we fail to correct it within this time frame, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

2.4 Product Not-As-Described: If you receive a product that is not as described on our website, please report it to our Technical Support Department within 30 days from the delivery date. Clear evidence must be provided to support your claim.

2.5 Children Policy: Only individuals age 18 or older are permitted to access our products. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove it and cancel the order immediately.
